How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A full bathroom is typically 3–4 weeks on site once demolition starts, and larger or multi-room jobs run longer. You get a written schedule before we begin and one crew stays on your job until it is finished.

What does a premium renovation actually involve?

Full strip-out back to frame, structural and waterproofing rectification, new plumbing and electrical, full-height tiling, custom joinery, stone benchtops and quality tapware. It is a rebuild of the room, not a resurface.

What does the 10-year warranty cover?

Our workmanship across the whole renovation — waterproofing, tiling, carpentry and installation — for ten years, in writing at handover. Product warranties from manufacturers sit on top of that.

Question 4

Do you handle waterproofing and certification?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Waterproofing is completed by licensed applicators to AS 3740 and you receive the compliance certificates for waterproofing, plumbing and electrical as part of handover.

What happens if you find something behind the wall?

Accepted Answer

Hidden rot, termite damage or non-compliant plumbing does turn up in older homes. We stop, photograph it, price the rectification separately and get your approval before continuing — it never appears as a silent variation.

How does the fixed price work?

Accepted Answer

After the 3D design and selections are locked in, we issue one written price for that scope. It only changes if you change the scope or we uncover a hidden defect you approve fixing.
